Tell us about your business and we will send a written fee

We do not publish a price list. Fees depend on the work involved, and we would rather quote you properly than guess. You get the fee in writing before you commit to anything.

Pricing

What affects the fee

Size and activity

A business with a few hundred transactions a month needs less time than one with thousands.

State of the records

Books that are up to date cost less to work with than books that need catching up first.

Tax registrations

VAT, PAYE, withholding tax and other obligations each add returns to prepare and file.

Deadlines

A KRA deadline next week or an audit due before a board meeting changes how we plan the work.

What happens next

What happens after you send it

1

We read your request

We look at what you have told us and ask for anything missing, such as your last tax returns or recent accounts.

2

You get a written quote

It lists the work, the timetable and the fee, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

3

You decide

If you go ahead, we send an engagement letter for you to sign before any work starts.
